The memory of him destroying Man United in the 4-0 cup game under Grant still makes me feel happy.
Anyone know where he is these days?

Far Cough .. I knew the history of it before seeing the film but John Hurts portrayal was stunning. And so well filmed.

Mike, it was genuinely disturbing how it all panned out, what happened to Evans was a gross travesty of justice

Far Cough... 10 Rillington is one of my favourite films ever - saw it not long after release and great performances all round ... But spine chilling stuff - Ruchard Attenborough was excellent

I think we may have had this exchange before, but all of the elements you list are what James Bond fans want to see in a JB film. Most (me included), would be mightly disappointed if they suddenly made one that was realistic and representative of what being a real spy might actually be like. I WANT it to be like all the others.
Comfortable familiarity and predictable escapism. All good.
